Services We Offer
We specialize in BOTH hardware and software issues, of ANY kind.
Most of the techs that I have ever met tend to better handle the hardware, rather than the software, issues. Traditionally, the guys in my field will specialize in certain areas. A mobo specialist many times doesn't know squat about software. Therefore I endeavor to master the software issues as well as the hardware problems.

Each computer is different and no tech can tell off hand, going in, what the issues are.
Generally speaking, most computer issues are a direct result of either malicious software (spyware/adware/trojans/worms/hybrids/etc), corrupted operating system, or hardware malfunction. There are NO quick fixes for any of these problems, and the guys that advertise a quick fix for a cheap price--are either lying to you, or they're very ignorant of technology today.
Our Pricing goes as follows:
A service call is $30/hr, $50 for 2 hours, anything over that I charge a flat rate fee depending on the time and resources involved ($75-$350). This applies to business and home networks.
For Individuals:
Generally, consumers do not realize the amount of work--all the steps and different types of software--that it actually takes in order to thoroughly clean and repair most computer issues. And if the operating system needs repair, or if the entire machine must be wiped and reloaded -- this takes time as well.
We offer a flat rate price to serve our clients' needs. This is fair for both sides. For the individual computer or notebook, our general flat rate price ranges from $75 - $150 (with a cap of $200 in some isolated cases).
Network set up for a solitary computer is $75; $100 with printer; add data migration to new machine (or hard drive)
A wireless network with wireless printer, extensive data to migrate to new machine (or hard drive) will cost around $300-$350.
If you have a new Vista machine that you'd like to have XP loaded onto. We have two options, one that protects your warranty, and allows you the freedom to use either XP or Vista at any time. So that you have 2 operating systems for half the cost of one. :) Our fee for this services is $150. This includes a full DVD set of sector-by-sector backup of the original, and of the new operating systems, also includes boot disk, and Recovery disks, plus all the software needed, adware/hype/uselss software removed from Vista, and all updates so that your machine will be up-to-date on both hard drives. This is a real bargain for all the time involved and all that you get in return.
For Business:
Each job varies, and so does the price accordingly. Anything over 2 hours gets a flat rate fee. In addition, any time there are conditions that extend the flat rate period then a day rate of $150 per day would be charged in that case.
Businesses needing a full package: network set up, software/data migration, backup system implemented, printers/other hardware integrated into network--pricing depends upon how many machines are involved and the data to be migrated.
Any hardware needed the client will either buy it up front, or we'll buy it and the client will reimburse us.
